Our Xfinity router is working but connection to ruckus is not. As such, only devices close to Xfinity gateway are connecting to WiFi from the Xfinity. The access point devices have a solid green light on control, blinking green on power, and no lights on air, 2.4ghz and 5ghz. We also don’t see the green lights on the three wires from the ruckus that connect out to the access points on each floor.

As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, and no access to the Internet via RUCKUS Access Points.
Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?
1. Was this working before or is it a new installation? If it worked before, was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?
2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)
3. Is your Internet Connection from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) stable and working? (You could check this by connecting to your local router Wi-Fi or from an ethernet cable from Router to a laptop/PC).
4. May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch? Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)
Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the FULL status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports. Also, light the status of Access Points.

I have a similar issue to this. After a power outage last night my ICX 7150-C12P ruckus box and access points are not working. Specifically, there are no lights at all on my access points. My internet provider, Spectrum, has tested and rebooted my router and modem and it is fine. I can connect directly to the Spectrum wifi and by pass Ruckus and my home wifi but of course lose the advantage of my access points. I have pulled the plug of the Ruckus box and then replugged several time. I do not have any green lights in any of the 16 cable outlets if I move the access point blue cables to any of the 16 outlets. I have a green power light on my ruckus but a yellow sys light. Any ideas?

Please create a new case explaining all the detailed description of the issue to avoid confusion.
Also please follow the below steps and let us know the result.
1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.
2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick
