Our Xfinity router is working but connection to ruckus is not. As such, only devices close to Xfinity gateway are connecting to WiFi from the Xfinity. The access point devices have a solid green light on control, blinking green on power, and no lights on air, 2.4ghz and 5ghz. We also don’t see the green lights on the three wires from the ruckus that connect out to the access points on each floor.
