So our ruckus is not working at all. We have power to it all green lights. But when I connect it doesn't work and when I try to open unleashed when connected to it, it says unable to because I’m not connected to the unleashed network.

For further troubleshooting steps please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the LED status and the cable connections using the below link.

Also please try to login to the unleashed network through a web browser by using the master AP IP address and check whether you are getting the same error or not.
