Ruckus not turning on

My power went out for a few hours and the ruckus has a couple lights on but on the access points there are no lights on and internet is not connecting.

Hi @Corinanajera 

Based on your description, it seems that your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) is stuck in boot mode, to fix it you need to get console access and perform a software recovery to fix it, let me add the guide.
