I have had the home for a year now and the ruckus ethernet and Wi-Fi is not working now.
Not sure what I just be looking for and not sure why I can’t get help via the phone

Please give the detailed description of the issue.
1:Please, confirm if the Switch is powering up.
2:Please confirm if the ICx7150 Switch SYST LED light is amber or green.
3: Please, confirm if the Access points are powering up.
Also effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email.
