Posting again under the Lennar Homes section.
My Ruckus switch is slow after a recent power outage. Finding help to fix this has been extremely frustrating. And all "solutions" on these "help" pages require downloading software to then track down IP addresses and start entering code. There HAS to be a fix for the average Lennar home owner. Send me a new one that works properly. I do know how to send and receive items in the mail. But plugging into the box with a cat6 cable and entering code is not my bag. We're going on a week now with the disabled internet.
Please provide an easy solution.

Based on the troubleshooting done and as we discussed, this unit "ICX-7150-C12P" Should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.

I have exhausted all methods to reach my switch, either through:
USB to C console connection - drivers will not download
Ethernet cable - drivers will not download
unleashed wireless website dashboard - website not available
unleashed iphone app - cannot access switch as it is "disconnected"
Putty - cannot find IP address
MobaXterm - cannot find IP address
Not sure what else to do. Lennar really screwed people with this hardware.

well, just got back from Best Buy. Spoke with Geek Squad, a department who's only purpose is to solve technology related issues. And of course, they do not service Ruckus systems. The plot thickens and continues to get **bleep**tier.
how about this, since my hardware is supposedly fine, I'll send you mine and you can send me one that is programmed to the switch mode? I'll even pay for shipping? Anything? Something?
