we lost power and now the ruckus icx in my lenar home keeps showing as disconnected. it's affecting all the web traffic in my home. some devices work some don't. it seems that the ruckus icx is booting as a router rather than a switch. I need help changing this using a mac computer.

From the response you shared, I understand that you were able to login to the Switch using the GUI through the web browser.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is running in the Routing code through GUI.
