Ruckus hasn’t worked for 3 years!

I purchased a Lennar home in 2021. Every time the power went out it was getting stuck in reboot. At one point my now ex husband had someone take over his computer to update the software. I have tried a hard rebooting probably around 200 times by now. I also tried updating the software by hooking up my laptop. Nothing has worked. I even had a neighbor come and try with no success. I finally called customer support saying I need actual help but they told me to go to the Lennar page. Already did and I’ve posted before. I may just need a new component. Please for the love help me!

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your Switch is stuck in the boot mode after the power outage.

As you mentioned that you have performed reset multiple times, the only option left is software recovery.

We need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need to re-install the image to boot up properly.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.( reset process and software recovery is explained in this article)

Please follow the steps mentioned in the article and mention the point where you are getting stuck. If you could share screenshot, we could look into the matter and assist you accordingly.

Thank you getting back to me. Like I said, we have already tried system recovery. This is way too complicated. I need someone to come to my home and troubleshoot/replace/fix this

The PuTTy after downloading shows as no application available and the Tftp when clicked shows that the website no longer exists.
