Ruckus app and connecting issue

I have the new app and when I go to manage network and use my old user name and password it is still doing the same thing  and says I am not connected when I am.  Do I have to reset this whole thing up again and if so what is the process?

Please try the most common username and passwords ( This is key sensitive so please include capital letters ) and check whether it is working or not.

 

Username:admin password: Ruckus! 

Username:admin password: Ruckus1

Username:admin password: Lennar

Username:super password: sp-admin
