Need help getting ruckus staying connected after power outages. Have unplugged and plugged back in twice.

I have 3 access points, main level 2 green lights, one yellow.  second floor, 3 green lights, basement 2 yellow 2 green. 

There are 2 green flashing lights and 2 solid yellow lights in the box in the basement

Actually 2 solid orange lights on box in basement
