I have a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P with an Unleashed WIFI network that cannot be found. The WIFi extenders are flashing green for the “PWR” and “CTL” fields. I cannot log into the unleashed app because I cannot connect to the WIFI network because it cannot be found.
please advise.

Thanks Pinky! Still working to troubleshoot on my end. Will try this. I was using mobile app and will need to try the IP address.
Once I have the IP address what do I do? I assume I need to reset so the device functions as a switch?
