I have purchased a Lennar home, with Ruckus equipment. I have had SST which is the installation company Lennar uses out to check the system. The SST tech informed me that the Ruckus switch is the problem and I will need a new Ruckus switch. I have sent a request to customer support, I was just informed that this needed to be checked by a Ruckus engineer. How do I get this done. Thank you

According to those logs, you are booting from the routing code, which will cause connectivity issue, I will advise fixing the routing code issue, or upgrade the Switch to the code 08095g, but both partition to switching code the file will look like this SPS08095gufi.bin.

So I just followed the steps for the second time for WEB GUI and this is what the flash is still showing

The flash information will display what you have per partition, however you are still booting from secondary, you can check by clicking on Monitor on the left >device

i can get as far as putty, I have given it the ip address it is asking me login ass, I am giving it the super as the user, it then goes to password and it will not go any further. It will not let me type a password
