Had a notification on my phone that the wifi stopped working at 3:43 this morning. When I unplug the switch and then plug it back in it flashes amber lights and then nothing. My brother who works in IT came over to check it out and said that I need to request RMA and that the switch is dead.
Support said the only way to get help was to post here, so here I am.
Multiple people work from home so this is going to cause major issues on Tuesday. Help, please!
