I have a Ruckus switch with one R510 AP. We had some storms a couple nights ago and the internet was not working consistently. I also have lost the password to the Unleashed app, so I wanted to do a hard reset to be able to reset the password and hopefully fix the internet issues. I pressed the factory reset button for 15 seconds and released. Now the AP is not working. The PWR and CTL lights are on and steady, but the 5G and 2.4G lights are not on. I cannot connect to any internet at this time.

The video you linked above, shows how to do an online upgrade and a local upgrade. Both videos start the tutorial saying "From the Unleashed dashboard..." How do I get to the dashboard? The online upgrade tutorial goes to unleashed.ruckuswireless.com and logs in from there. When I type that in, it says "This site can't be reached". The local upgrade tutorial types in the IP address. When I do an IP scan, I only get one item that says Ruckus. I typed that IP address in, and it has a log in page. But now, what username and password? I've tried the one printed on the back of the AP (username=super, password=sp-admin). It doesn't work, even after doing the reset. I've also tried a bunch of other typical usernames/passwords used by Lennar. None of them work. There are just too many issues to address here, and I certainly don't have an IT degree.

From the screenshots you shared, I understand that you are trying to login to the Switch dashboard and not to the Unleashed dashboard.
Could you please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ?
Please make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network to access the same.
If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in

Please try to use the default combination credentials as mentioned below to login to the Ap using browser or through app.
