I have a Ruckus switch with one R510 AP. We had some storms a couple nights ago and the internet was not working consistently. I also have lost the password to the Unleashed app, so I wanted to do a hard reset to be able to reset the password and hopefully fix the internet issues. I pressed the factory reset button for 15 seconds and released. Now the AP is not working. The PWR and CTL lights are on and steady, but the 5G and 2.4G lights are not on. I cannot connect to any internet at this time.

Thank you for the response.
I would request you to please upgrade the Unleashed on a Laptop web browser using Mozilla FireFox web browser.
Once you login to the AP through web browser, please upgrade the AP to the recommended version.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version 200.15.6.12.304
After upgrading all Access Points, uninstall the current Unleashed application and install the updated version. Please try to login again and check the version.

I've decided to give up and just remove the Ruckus system. I cannot log in because I don't know the username/password. I've tried factory resetting it, but it says that the AP is not supported and that I need to update it. I can't update it since I can't log in without the username/password. I'm going in circles with all of the 'expert' suggestions. This would go so much faster and easier if I could just talk to someone and quickly explain and ask simple questions but obviously Lennar/Ruckus have thrown their hands up at the situation.
