I need help with my wifi extenders. We had a power outage. I had reset the ICX 7150-C1P2 as well as unplugged and plugged it. I tried to scan for the IP and it is still not showing.

I tried physical reset but the status flash continued indefinitely. I am trying option 2. I am finding the port in the device manager but I cannot locate it. Please help.

Thank you for the response and the update.
1. Please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Once installed restart your laptop and try to locate the COM port details under 'Ports (COM & LTP)' with cables connected between the Laptop and the Switch (Refer to the below screenshot), Please check and let me know if that works.
2. Kindly refer to the Software Recovery process carefully outlined in the link below.

I was able to install the drivers. I have run Putty. When I am trying to ping for connectivity, it shows that is is not alive. What do I do next?
