Power Outage: Ruckus ICX 7150 C12P_System Amber Light_Rest with Paper Clip don't work.

And I cannot access the "unleashed.ruckuswireless.com" link. It says, "this site can't be reached." 

How can resolve this. I've reading the Forums but from what I can read, it's too technical.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green which means that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode. 

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.

I am currently stuck in the “Putty Application” where I have to enter the Serial Line. 

 

When I went to Device Manager here’s what connected: 

Network Adapters:

-ASIX AX88179 USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

Other Devices

-CP2104 USB to UART Bridge Controller

 

When I entered one of them, it says “Unable to open connection… The system cannot find the file.

Thank you for the response.

May I please know if you have performed reset on Switch multiple times and if the reset still doesn’t work, could you please mention the point where you are getting stuck during Software recovery? If you could share screenshot, we could look into the matter and assist you accordingly.
