I recently conducted an upgrade to my network via the Unleashed Portal. I see that my backyard AP is still disconnected. I still see a message that says "Upgrade AP". When I select "Online Upgrade" it says "Unleashed is up to date". The current firmware version is 200.15.6.212.27, however, when I select the Access Points section on the dashboard and select "Disconnected" it wants me to upgrade the AP and says the current firmware is 200.13.6.1.319.

Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that one of the Access points in the backyard is in the older version.
We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS Access Points to version 200.15.6.212.27 which is recently released.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version
