I have a Lennar Smart Home with the Ruckus ICX1750. I recently swapped out my Cox cable router to a Cox fiber router (ONT). Have not been able to get my Ruckus to boot up properly since - definitely is in Boot Mode per your other posts/pictures. I've tried the paper clip reset method MANY times and it doesn't work. I have tried to find the Ruckus router in my list of devices on my MacBook and can't see it. My MacBook has only a Type C connector so I'm not sure I can do the Software Recovery approach......how can I get help?

Hi @bindihar
Greetings!!!
Thank you for reaching out to the RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.
Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch stuck in boot mode.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
If multiple reset attempts have not resolved the issue, the next recommended step is to perform a software recovery on the switch.
For best results, I strongly recommend using a Windows laptop for the recovery process. Could you please confirm if you have access to one?
If you are limited to using a Mac, you can still proceed with the help of an external Ethernet adapter (please refer to the screenshot below).

For your reference, here is a detailed Lennar Knowledge Base article that outlines the recovery steps:

Please let me know how it goes or if you have any questions.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Thank you for the reply Imran!! No - I don't have access to a Windows laptop and don't think I have en external ethernet adaptor.....I reviewed the recovery video and I think it is just beyond my skill set. How can I get a local Ruckus experienced person in my area to fix this?

Hi @bindihar
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
Apologies for the inconvenience. However, we will need either a Windows laptop or a compatible Ethernet adapter for the Mac to proceed
Meanwhile, to assist with obtaining console access on a Mac using USB Type-C, please refer to the following video:

Kindly disregard the drivers demonstrated in the video. Instead, please download and install the drivers listed below before accessing the switch via the Mac terminal:
Mac iOS System Solution:
Install the necessary drivers to enable communication with the switch (ICX-7150-C12P) using a USB Type-C to console cable.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
