Ruckus Lennar home configuration help

Hi,

I recently moved to a Lennar pre-owned town house (built year 2021). It has ruckus network system (switch + 3 APs) that I've been trying to configure but couldn't do so far. The home internet is provided by AT&T.

Ethernet switch: ICX-7150-C12P

Access point: R510 series

I didn't do any factory reset yet, so just wanted to share the status of switch and APs before performing reset. From unleashed app or web, I cannot find configure.xxx ssd. Please let me know which device needs reset.

Hi Imran,

I have tried both the steps but the error message is the same.

Unable to negotiate with 192.168.1.xx port 22: no matching key exchange method found. Their offer: diffie-hellman-group14-sha1, diffie-hellman-group1-sha1

Does resetting the switch help? If I reset switch, do I need APs configuration?

Thank you for your response and the update.

Could you please try accessing the Switch IP address through a web browser and attempting to log in to the Switch dashboard?

If the IP address is correct, you should see the Switch dashboard interface similar to the one shown in the screenshot below. This will help confirm that the IP address belongs to the Switch.

Hi Imran,

I could see the switch page, but login does not work, so the IP address is correct. I have all login/password suggestions from below list.

Could you please try performing a physical reset of the Switch using a paper clip, and then attempt to log in using the default credentials?

Additionally, could you let me know if you have access to a Windows laptop? That would be much easier for us to perform some troubleshooting steps.

Hi Imran,

Thanks. I'll perform the reset on switch and update you. Unfortunately, I do not have a windows m/c. I do have samsung tablet, which can be used in DEX mode but this is essentially still the laptop OS. Let me know if that will help.
