Ruckus ICX7150 - cannot get configure me (factor reset complete)

lost power and cannot get configure.me to pop up to re-configure the network.  i have completed a factor reset several times.

this is the third time this has happened.  only way it gets resolved is if Ruckus support remotely logs in and that still took several hours to fix last time.

please help

To solve this issue we need to check whether all the devices are connected properly as mentioned in the below image.
