Ruckus ICX 7150 - no power / unable to reset

CQ

Ruckus ICX 7150-C12p Switch does not turn on and has no status lights on. There have been no power outages, and have attempted to reset device multiple times. It has been tested and confirmed that the power outlet it is plugged in is working and I have also tried replacing with a different power cable that is known to be working but no luck. The router it is connected to is still working as I have Wi-Fi working as expected. But all the devices (Ruckus Access Points, Ring Doorbell, Cameras, SmartThings, Door lock, etc.) that are connected to the Ruckus switch are all offline.

I have attached photos of the switch plugged into both working outlets with no LED indicators turning on. I have attempted to reset this multiple times by unplugging the power, pushing reset and holding while re-plugging the switch back in, with no results. The access points are also not powered, as phot was taken prior to unplugging the ports. How do i go about getting a replacement switch for this?

Hi @CQ

Thanks for your response,

To approve RMA please upload the video of the switch showing the no light status after replacing the power cord.

Here I attach the drive link for uploading the video.

The folder states I do not have permission to upload to this shared file. Can you please review this so I can upload on my end?

Thank you.
