Ruckus ICX-7150 and AP installer in Charlotte NC area

I am looking for an installer to reset my switch and AP points to start to work again, I've tried though the back and forth email and board, but know when I need to tap out and ask for help. Please let me know if you have any certified installers in the area.

I do, but it does not seem to matter. It's just forum and you're on your own. Lennar home and simply told to figure it out. I can't

I am in the same situation. My Ruckus has not been working properly for almost a year now. Whatever is happening is beyond the scope of these forms. I am about to throw the AP’s and switch in the trash and put Eero’s back up. This is beyond frustrating
