Ruckus ICX 7150-C12p lost power

My switch has lost power and no longer functions. The problem began with the switch shutting down randomly, however it would come back by cycling power. Now the device will not turn on. I have attempted to reset the device by holding the reset button with a pin while applying power, however all of the lights in the front of the device will flash for a brief moment and then never return on. I have tried connecting to the device with PUTTY to force the device to reboot, however it can no longer connect. It seems to be fully without power. Please advise how to troubleshoot or initiate a RMA.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not turning on.

Also, you mentioned that you tried to reset the Switch with a pin, however, it doesn't turn on.

Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and a cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet?

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
