Ruckus is on, but both R510 Extenders does not show any lights on it.

I am getting this error after I entering the command: "Boot system flash memory"
None of the options seems to be working neither Putty nor Mobaxterm is helping in connecting the switch using usbC to usbA cable.
Even the secureCRT is not working

Please login to Telnet CLI and I will help you Upgrade the Switch via the TFTP method.
