Thank you for the response and the update.

Seems like there is some issue in fetching files from USB flash drive.

Could you please try to upgrade your Switch using the TFTP method once? Below is the link explaining the process of Upgrading the Switch by this method.

sure, I can try that too. But if you look in the flash drive method it was showing, "Cold Start" where as the link provided by you guys was showing, "warm start". so I was just wondering if there was any problem there in that process?

After using both the methods and spending almost whole day, I am not getting anywhere. I would really appreciate some real help here, Please.
