Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P not working after power outage

After the power outage. My ruckus switch only has two lights on. The "SYST" is in amber and the "PWR" is in green. I have unplugged and plugged back the switch but I am having the same issue. I have tried several times to use the reset button and plug the switch back in, but I just have all the light flash in amber for an eternity. I do not have a computer to perform a data reboot.

Created the follow case number and was closed immediately after I was flagged as a Lennar home. Ruckus Networks Support case 01517469. 

I have tried using my MacBook and nothing getting anywhere. I have also tried multiple type c usb to regular usb cables to connect to the switch and no luck. I don’t know if my type c connection port is working.

Based on your description, your switch has one green and one amber light which means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.

Please try to do the factory reset process again as mentioned below.

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  1.  Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

If the resetting process doesn't work, we need to perform a software recovery.
