Ruckus ICX 7150 - C12P lost power and not working, stuck on factory reset.

I'm visiting my daughter who has a Lennar home and asked me to take a look at her networking cabinet as she was saying her wifi isn't broadcasting any longer.  I asked her what happened and she said that a friend accidently unplugged the 7150 and it stopped working.  When i looked at it the Syst light was amber and the pwr light was green.  I tried to update the firmware but with limited laptops available at her house i tried a factory reset and now the switch is stuck blinking amber on all lights except the pwr light which is green.  Any suggestions/help would be awesome.

Hi @tvalbritton

Greetings of the day,

Thanks for the detailed description of the issue.

For further troubleshooting steps please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the LED status and the cable connections.

Here is where you can upload the image/photo :

you can also drag it to the chat.

Also please try the factory reset process again using the below steps and let us know the LED status of the switch.

1- Try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.

2- Try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick.

  1.  Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

Thank you for your response.  The switch has been disconnected from the network cabinet.  Ive reset it multiple times using the method you mentioned the most recent last night and after 8 hours i still have blinking amber lights.  See attached picture.  There are no lights on the access points since they're not getting power from anything.IMG_8413.jpg

thank you for the guides but i'm still stuck with getting this switch operating.  I've tried on both a mac and a PC and neither machine seems to recognize the switch when plugged in either by rj45 or USB c.  I'm not sure if it's because its stuck in this restart loop after resetting the switch.  The lights on the front of the switch continue to blink amber.  I've tried unplugging and then only having the amber light on syst on and the green pwr light on and still the mac and PC aren't recognizing the switch.  I've downloaded the latest drivers per the guides and still nothing.
