Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working

My Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P died on me the other night, I’ve tried everything. New power cord, moving it to a different outlet, when I unplug it and plug it back in the amber lights turn on but that is about it. I tried the reset as well and still cannot figure out what is wrong with it. Should I do an RMA? It hasn’t been working for a few days now. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
