Hello,

My ICX 7150-C12P switch stopped working. I tried to debug using the console cable on mac and have tried to perform factory reset multiple times. Is the switch is bricked already

Currently I see the following error

Hello @engineWorks ,

Greetings!

Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.

I hope you are doing well!!!

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not working.

Also, could see that you have tried to perform reset multiple times and getting cant get  kernel image.

Could you please share a picture of the software recovery cable connections between Switch and laptop?

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.

Best regards,
