Good morning,
We are receiving no power to our Ruckus switch or the extenders. We have tried plugging it in to alternative outlets (although the original outlet it was plugged into is generating power) and troubleshooting found on these forums, but we are still not seeing any active lights or power running through the switch or the two extenders.
How can we remediate this issue? Thanks.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, and Switch do not have power.
Was there any power outage before you started facing the issue?
I would request you to please perform a hard reset on the Switch and confirm if there are any lights flashing.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to hard reset the Switch

Not to my knowledge. We returned from out of town and all of a sudden had no internet.
Yes, we conducted a hard reset and still did not work. You can see where my temporary netgear switch is plugged into the same outlet box, and works. I have a video of my plugging the Ruckus into a outlet along with me plugging an ipad into the same outlet, where the iPad charges and the Switch shows no power/lights, but it was too large to send from my phone.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and a cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet?
