I am experiencing intermittent connection issues and sometimes my PoE devices will not power up forcing me to power cycle the switch frequently.
Please assist.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please let me know to which port on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch the Ethernet cable that is coming from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) Router is connected? Additionally, please restart your ISP Router by unplugging and plugging from the power outlet and check the internet connectivity.

I have the ethernet cable coming from the ISP plugged into port 1 of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch.
I have power cycled the ISPs infrastructure and waited for it to come back. I am experiencing the same issue. As before, if I bypass the Ruckus switch, I am no longer experiencing the issue.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch PoE issues and you tried the recommended troubleshooting steps with no luck in getting it fixed.
Based on the troubleshooting conducted, it appears that your ICX-7150-C12P Switch currently has PoE issues with Intermittent Internet connectivity. You have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, such as performing an upgrade and resetting the devices. However, the issue persists.
Given these circumstances, the switch will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.
