Ruckus Connection

We had our WIFI box upgraded. We were able to connect to Ruckus but the app keeps saying the AP hasn't established a connection so we can't proceed. What do we need to do to get the AP established so we can proceed??

It’s mounted to the ceiling and it doesn’t have anything in the back and that the model of the ruckus I have.

The picture you shared is of the Access Point. Please help us with a picture of the Switch which will be setup in your network device cabin. Please refer to the below pictures.

The switch is near the orange cord in the last picture I sent.

Based on the images you have shared it seems that the cable coming from the access points is connected wrongly to the port. 

 

Make sure the cable is actually connected to the ICX-7150-C12P ( Switch ) In one of the 12 ports in the middle
