I need to speak to someone about the slowness of my internet. This is the 3rd time needing to replace my bridge. My ISP has been out every quarter for 6 years looking at our service. The last piece and everything points to the Ruckus.
Can someone please call to help?
It sucks that Lennar has abandoned us like this.

Hello,
This did not work for me either. How do I replace my bridge?
The ISP is telling me every time there is a power outage or surge it could be damaging the box.
How do I replace this? If I cannot, can you suggest a different bridge or switch?

Thank you for the response and the update.
As per the Switch light status it seem to be in a normal state. We may need to check some Switch configurations.
Could you please execute the below commands in CLI and share their outputs?

enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show interface brief
