I need to speak to someone about the slowness of my internet. This is the 3rd time needing to replace my bridge. My ISP has been out every quarter for 6 years looking at our service. The last piece and everything points to the Ruckus.
Can someone please call to help?
It sucks that Lennar has abandoned us like this.

Here is what I get when I run the commands you asked me to run...
How do I reset the password with the paperclip? DO I need to do it for the extenders/hubs on each level of the house? Is there a video to show me what to do?

Thank you for sharing the requested information.
There is no need to perform the reset with a paper clip. When you do that Switch will reset with the default username/password.
As per the Switch commands output you shared, everything seems to be fine.
Could you please check and confirm if you still have slow internet connectivity?

I have tested the speeds and they continue to fluctuate. I still have drops as well.

At this point we suggest you factory reset your Access Points and check.
