Ruckus AP won’t stay powered on – lights turn on briefly, then shut off

Hi,
I have a Ruckus ICX7150-C12P-2X1G Switch installed in my Lennar home that recently stopped working. When I plug it in, the lights briefly turn on and then shut off completely. After that, the device does not power back on.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Verified the power source (tested both PoE and direct power adapter);

Performed both hardware reset and factory reset procedures;

Disconnected and reconnected all cables;

Tried accessing the web interface via default IP, but the device does not appear on the network.

None of these steps worked. The behavior is consistent: lights turn on for and instantly goes off, and the unit becomes unresponsive. It seems like a hardware or something else.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any additional troubleshooting suggestions? Otherwise, I believe I may need a replacement unit.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not working and unresponsive.

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

Could you please share a video showing the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being plugged into a working power outlet, along with the status of the indicator lights on the switch?

I'm not sure what do you mean. This is a working power outlet in the video, and this is exactly the problem, the status of the indicator lights on the switch is not working. 
On the video, you can see that the lights goes on and off quickly. That is exactly the problem of my switch.
