I am a Lennar homeowner trying to resolve my Ruckus network connectivity issues. I cannot get my 7150 switch to power up at all. I have also lost power to both the upstairs and downstairs wireless access points. I have tried downloading the software to reboot my unit using both the putty and MobX options to no avail. Please advise on the next step since I have lost connectivity to all my POE devices harnessed to the switch.
