I need help I can not figure out how to fix the issue my Ruckus 7150 is stuck in reboot mode and I’ve tried to reboot but I don’t have computer to recover what are my options

RUCKUS does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site for Lennar Homes.
Please follow the instructions in the article that I have shared in the previous post and share the screenshot of the error message or if you are getting stuck at any point.

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are encountering an error during the software recovery process. Since you are able to access the boot prompt, please proceed with the setenv commands outlined in the recovery guide after completing the IP configuration steps.
Additionally, kindly share the details of the cable connections between the switch and your laptop for further review.

All done!!! I appreciate your help. I kept hitting the reset bottom that caused the recovery program to continue! Soooo happy!
