Ok so it seems there is no power running through my power point unit. My question is how are we going to solve this problem.?

Could you please let me know the current LED status on your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch? Specifically, do you see a Green LED on both the PWR (Power) and SYST (System) indicators?
