Ruckus 7150-C12P WiFi not working after storm

Lennar home, first owner. Been using the Ruckus with our home since 2019. After a power outage 2 weeks ago our ruckus network hasn't been performing. Our LAN and wired connections work fine but WiFi is showing connections but nothing loads or it's greatly reduced. We've rebooted the Ruckus many times and rebooted the WAPs but it's not working for WiFi. Not sure what to do or if this is a hardware problem. I’ve also flashed the APs and updated the firmware to 200.15 and the issue still persists. Hardline connections are working throughout the home, WiFi shows connection and either is very slow by normal conditions, doesn’t load others, or works normally for others. The majority of the time it shows connection for WiFi but nothing loads despite having full signal connection.

Telnet – Port 23 (If SSH doesn’t work)

Login works but only for the WAPs. Haven't gotten a visible IP address for the Switch.

Greetings!!!

Thank you for your response and the update.

You are seeing the 'ruckus>' prompt (refer to the screenshot below), which indicates you have connected to the Access Point’s IP address rather than the switch.

When you access the switch, the prompt should read either 'ICX7150-C12 Router>' or 'ICX7150-C12 Switch>'.

You will see the Switch dashboard when checked in the web browser as shown in the screenshot below.

Please review the IP scan results for any entries listed as “Ruckus Wireless” or “Brocade Communications” to identify the correct switch IP address, then reconnect to the CLI using that address.

 

If you are still unable to locate the switch IP, the remaining option is to establish console access via cable. Please consult the following guide for instructions on consoling to the ICX 7150-12CP switch:
