I suspect I'm having issues with the routing code as I had a power outage and I was having a disconnected message in my unleashed. Now it's showing, "pending to join". I'm trying to get the IP address to login and complete the steps outlined here: https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Switch-Disconnected-After-Po... but I'm unable to locate my IP address to the switch.
I'm using LanScan on a Mac to locate the IP address but I'm only able to find the IP address of the two access points. I'm unsure of how to proceed further. What additional steps can I take to find the IP address?

Not sure if my other post actually got posted. But I was able to complete the switch upgrade (which btw was super easy, kudos to the team for making it so simple!) I'm looking at the access point upgrades but when I log into the unleashed portal, I don't see any option for upgrading the access points.

We really appreciate your feedback on the Switch upgrade tool and we are glad that you could use it with so much ease.
I understand that you are looking to upgrade the firmware version of Access points too.
We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version 200.15.6.12.304 which is recently released.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version

Hi Pinky, not sure if my other posts are coming through but I can't find the option to upgrade the access points, hopefully my screenshots are helpful. But the upgrade button is not available as indicated in the video instructions.
