Request for RMA as ICX-7150 Switch hardware is defective and is not power up

I am requesting an RMA.  I need a link to complete this request for faulty hardware for the switch as I have tried all solutions presented through trying to find the IP, connecting directly (which it can not connect).

Another message board mentioned this requires an RMA.

Please share the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

Also please let us know whether your internet connection is stable or not. If not please follow the below steps to confirm the issue.


Please confirm if the issue is happening while it is connected to access points or when it is connected to ISP router. 

Please follow out the next steps.

1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,  make sure you have no issues.

2. You can perform the same step on wireless by connecting the computer to the Wi-Fi / SSID coming from the ISP router. (Note: Not the Wi-Fi coming from the access points.)

We cannot replace the chassis until you confirm that the hardware is damaged. 


To solve this issue, please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.


Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick.


  1.  Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

Once you are done with the above process please share the LED status of the switch as mentioned below.
