Hi I went through all the troubleshooting steps on the Lennar supper page and also called. I was requested to post to this forum to get an RMA. I required an RMA directly but was asked that I needed to first go here to obtain an RMA and next steps.

I was asked to request an RMA through the Lennar channel here. How can I get this process started to receive a replacement switch as it is not working and is defective.
