Hi I tried rebooting the ruckus and now the access points don’t light up, I’ve tried powering on the system with the reset button pushed and nothing happens. I don’t have a laptop or computer to do all of the other things that were stated in some of the topics. Help !

Please try to do software recovery process again and see whether the issue gets resolved or not.
Please read the guide carefully before starting the steps.

For further troubleshoot we need the console connection of the switch. So please try to provide the image where you are trying to connect via console / Ethernet from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to USB ) to PC. ( Physical setup ) like the following example :
Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.
