Hi I tried rebooting the ruckus and now the access points don’t light up, I’ve tried powering on the system with the reset button pushed and nothing happens. I don’t have a laptop or computer to do all of the other things that were stated in some of the topics. Help !

I was able to get to the part of trying to get the ruckus to connect with putty. I’m having issues because it keeps showing that the connection is not alive. The switch is connected to the #1 usb and to the #13 usb and back to the computer.
