Hello,
I received my replacement device and hooked it back up with the wires, ethernet cable, etc. Now I need help on how to connect it to my network. All of the instructions I see indicate to connect the ethernet cable to the AP device but I am unable to do that. Please help!

Thank you for the response.
I understand that you are getting stuck after entering the password.
If the password does not work, you will need to perform a factory reset on your RUCKUS Access Points and configure them with a new Wi-Fi network/SSID.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to factory reset the AP and create new Wi-Fi network.

Thank you for the response.
From the response shared, I understand that you are unable to connect to the Ruckus network using the new Switch.
You tried to connect through the Wi-fi settings and could see your existing network.
Could you please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports?
