Hi Imran,
The console cable solution you provided allowed me to reset the Switch's password when I used a Windows laptop. I am now able to access the Switch's web interface. Thank you for your help. I am trying to perform an upgrade using the web interface instructions, but the instructions seem to only work for someone running Windows OS. Are there instructions for upgrading the Switch using the Switch's web interface for a user running Mac OS?

Hi Imran,
I was able to get a hold of a Windows laptop and used the direct cable method, a USB flash drive, and one of the free CLI programs you recommended. I was able to upgrade to 08095g for both primary and secondary partitions as recommended. I'm also able to access the switch's web interface with the IP address. I use the Unleashed app to wirelessly upgrade the firmware for the two access points. Thank you so much for your help and for all you do for this community!
