Hi Imran,
The console cable solution you provided allowed me to reset the Switch's password when I used a Windows laptop. I am now able to access the Switch's web interface. Thank you for your help. I am trying to perform an upgrade using the web interface instructions, but the instructions seem to only work for someone running Windows OS. Are there instructions for upgrading the Switch using the Switch's web interface for a user running Mac OS?

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are trying to upgrade your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
Since we do not have a free TFTP application for MAC. We suggest upgrading your RUCKUS Switch using the USB method or using a Windows laptop with 2nd option (CLI Method).
Before I assist you with the Upgrade could you please help me with the current version of your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch? Please help me with the below CLI command outputs for the same.

show version
show flash
