Good morning. I have the same issue and attempted to follow the instructions. However, I cannot find my switch's IP address at all when using the advanced IP scanner. When looking on the Unleashed Dashboard, as well, the switch has no IP address. I took a screenshot of the original IP address, but cannot connect or ping it as it is unreachable.

Good afternoon,

The issue is back again. I tried to set the IP address on the switch. However, the switch is not connecting. Since I have set the IP address and its stuck in discovery mode, I cannot change the IP address on it and its stuck. I cannot make any edits. The only thing I can do is power cycle the system but thats it.

Good morning,

I have this same issue again. After multiple power cycles my switch still cannot connect. It lost its IP address initially so I gave it 192.1681.6 and it is just stuck trying to connect. I cannot access it or change its IP address in this state.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working.

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

1) Was there any power outage before you started facing the issue?

2)  Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

3)  May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch? Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports. Also, light the status of Access Points.

Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

Please let us know the answers to ALL the above queries or let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Hello good morning.

Yes all this started when we had a brief power outage. After work I'll be able to get you the pictures, however, there are no lights that are in an odd state. We have 2 APs which are all green and the network switches lights are nominal.

As mentioned above, I changed the IP address of the switch via the Unleashed app and am unable to change it back. I just need support to change back it's IP address.
