RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P intermittent wifi connectivity & slow connection

Hello,

I have the RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P set up in my Lennar home and I am having issues with the wifi connection intermittently working and slow connection. I have tried to reset it by pushing the reset button on the device, powering off and on again with no success.
